A. Scope and Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website voweze-sasuwa.info, operated by Voweze Sasuwa, Gliwicka 51, Katowice, Poland, as well as the general framework under which growing room installation and maintenance services described on this website may be provided. By browsing this website or contacting us regarding our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. Specific commercial terms for an individual installation are set out separately in a signed agreement between Voweze Sasuwa and the client, and these website terms do not replace such an agreement.
B. Description of Services Offered
This website describes services related to the design, construction and ongoing maintenance of climate-controlled indoor mushroom growing rooms, including container and basement installations, substrate rack systems, humidity and temperature automation, staff training and substrate replacement visits. The content on this website is informational and describes the general nature of these services; it does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or guarantee of specific outcomes, yields, or timelines.
C. Setup Fees and Subscription Payments
Where a client engages Voweze Sasuwa for a growing room installation, a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription fee apply, as detailed in the individual client agreement. Exact amounts depend on room size, build type and selected mushroom species, and are confirmed in writing prior to work commencing. Payment terms, invoicing schedules and any applicable late payment provisions are set out in that individual agreement rather than on this website.
D. Client Responsibilities and Site Access
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the growing room space for scheduled maintenance and substrate replacement visits, maintaining basic cleanliness of the space between visits, and ensuring that only trained staff undertake daily harvesting activities. Clients should notify Voweze Sasuwa promptly of any observed irregularity in the growing room's climate readings or physical condition.
E. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All content on this website, including text, design elements, and imagery, remains the property of Voweze Sasuwa unless otherwise stated. Room designs, rack layouts and climate automation configurations developed for a specific client remain confidential and may not be shared with third parties without written consent from Voweze Sasuwa.
F. Limitation of Liability
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for the specific technical assessment carried out during a site survey. Voweze Sasuwa does not guarantee any particular harvest yield, growth rate, or business outcome resulting from a growing room installation, as biological processes are subject to natural variation. Liability for services actually provided is governed by the individual client agreement and applicable Polish civil law, including the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny).
G. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an ongoing monthly subscription arrangement in accordance with the notice period set out in the individual client agreement. Termination does not affect fees already incurred for work completed or substrate delivered prior to the termination date. Specific termination conditions, including any applicable notice period, are detailed in that agreement rather than in these general website terms.
H. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any individual client agreement referencing them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from use of this website or from services provided shall, where not resolved amicably, fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available to them under Polish consumer protection law, which these terms do not limit.
